PaperLightSupport
Support
PaperLight provides local spot paper trading on supported Axiom, Padre, Dex Screener and Fomo routes. It never connects a real wallet or submits a real transaction.
Version 2.4.0 adds separate Solana, Robinhood ETH, BNB and Base ETH accounts, with a combined USD calendar and network filters. Availability depends on the platform and installed version; Axiom Base is not supported. A Store update is available to users only after Google approves and publishes it.
Before reporting a problem
- Confirm Chrome is current and PaperLight is enabled.
- Refresh the supported trading tab once after installing or updating.
- Confirm the token page identifies a supported network explicitly; ambiguous EVM addresses are not enough. Check the installed PaperLight version when using a newly supported platform or network.
- Open the PaperLight popup and select the intended paper wallet.
- Record the exact error wording, route type, PaperLight version, and reproduction steps.
Public product support
Email PaperLight support for reproducible product bugs, compatibility reports, and feature requests. Include the PaperLight and Chrome versions, supported site, route type, steps, expected and observed paper behavior, and a redacted screenshot when useful.
Keep sensitive material private
Never include browser cookies, Chrome profiles, PINs, wallet keys, seed phrases, API keys, private backups, or other sensitive information in a support message.
Local data and recovery
PaperLight stores paper wallets in the current Chrome profile. Removing the extension, clearing its data, deleting the Chrome profile, or changing extension identity can make local state unavailable. Export important paper-wallet backups before reinstalling or changing profiles.
If PaperLight reports a damaged or mismatched ledger, do not reset, reinstall, clear storage or load an older build. Keep the installed extension ID and profile, save the read-only recovery details, and contact support. Version 2.4.0 promotes account storage to a newer schema; recovery requires a compatible build or a reviewed, PIN-authorized backup restore.
Paper stop-loss and take-profit monitoring requires Chrome and PaperLight to be running. Background checks are a fallback, not a guarantee of instantaneous execution. Local recovery copies do not protect against losing the entire browser profile or drive.
Compatibility
PaperLight is independent and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Axiom, Padre, Dex Screener, Fomo, Jupiter, Pump.fun, Solana, Robinhood, BNB Chain, Base, or X. Compatibility can change when a supported site changes its routes, page structure, chart internals, or public API behavior.
